Hi there, I’m Tamara! I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor here in Vancouver, BC. My passion in counselling is to build a relationship grounded in safety, trust, and hope, where you feel accepted and gently encouraged to grow in new and meaningful ways. I consider it a true privilege to walk with someone through their fears, challenges, and hurts, supporting their journey toward healing, feeling better, and ultimately living better. To me, counselling is an opportunity to help ease pain and suffering, increase awareness, develop insights, navigate life’s challenges—whether everyday or extraordinary—and discover greater joy, purpose, and self-acceptance.

Inspired by the Latin word 'esse' (to be), we believe that being exactly where you are—experiencing all the highs and lows—is a natural part of the human journey. It's okay to feel what you're feeling; it's part of what it means to be human. While the experiences of anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship struggles are to be truly human, you don’t have to navigate these human experiences alone. We all need to be seen, to be heard, to be in connection. You are not alone and change is possible.
