  • Yes, your confidentiality is a top priority in counselling. All sessions are private and the details discussed will never be shared without your explicit consent.

    However, there are a few exceptions, including if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. These situations will be discussed with you to ensure you understand your rights and protections.

  • Life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel a session. If you need to cancel, please notify me a minimum of least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • 20 Minute Consultations: Complimentary

    Individual Counselling: $160 +gst

    Relationship Counselling: $185 +gst

  • Credit cards and e-transfer are both accepted methods of payment.

    Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise arranged. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment options, please get in touch.

  • Many extended health care providers will pay a portion or all of your visit fee. Every plan is different, and if you are counting on your extended benefits covering the cost of your counselling, we recommend checking with your health care provider to confirm your coverage before beginning therapy.

    While we do not direct bill to extended health plans, clients will be issued a detailed receipt of their appointment which can be seamlessly submitted to your health plan for quick reimbursement.
